Join 68-year old 2026 Senior Planet Sponsored Athlete Suzanne Luhr, as she shares her wellness journey and leads a full body strength training workout that breaks down common gym exercises into movements you can understand and adapt for home use. These exercises will focus on strength, balance and muscle awareness. She’ll also show how modifications can help people of different abilities and experience levels participate. Suggested household items for modifications include water bottles, 2 liter bottles, cans of soup, vegetables, a backpack filled with household items or laundry detergent.
