Let’s dance! Enjoy low-impact Zumba Gold with easy, Latin-inspired moves and upbeat music.
This low-impact class blends traditional kung fu forms with tai chi-inspired motion to improve balance, flexibility, mental focus, and posture. Moderate to fast-flowing movements support joint health while building strength and confidence in basic self-defense techniques. Each session includes a warm-up, technique practice, short kung fu forms, and a calming cooldown. Movements can be done standing, seated, or with support.
What to Have Ready:
Comfortable clothes and sneakers
