Morning Stretch
Start your day with a short morning stretch!
This session will be recorded. You must have an account and be logged in when you click “Zoom Link,” “Remind Me,” or “Join Now” to receive the recording. It will be added to your dashboard within 24 hours after the session ends.
Join us for this afternoon stretching and breathing session, which will include 30 minutes of simple stretches and breathing meditations. We start promptly so please log on at least five minutes early, if possible!

Foldable Chair 1 Stick (cane, rod, or broom stick)
