In our new occasional Bulletin Board feature, we’ll pass along any that look worth following up.
Internet Project Seeks Musicians with Arthritis
The casting agency Genuine: The Real People Company, is looking for musicians over age 40 who continue to play their musical instruments despite having arthritis. The agency is looking for musicians who are willing to share their story for an internet project.
The project involves a video shoot, which will take place in the New York area. Those selected will be fully compensated.

NYC Seniors for NYU Aging & Employment Study
An NYU professor is heading up a new initiative called Accommodating Generations in Employment (AGE). The initiative is studying the intergenerational workforce and is looking for NYC-based seniors for a paid in-person study.
You’ll be asked to complete a one-minute participant eligibility form that has questions about your employment. You can do this online or by phone. You may then be selected to come in for half-hour to hourlong interview to talk about your thoughts and experience within the workforce. If you’re selected for the interview, you’ll be paid for your time between $30 and $60.
