Hi Sue, these are all great suggestions. Our book club focuses on authors of color and we are always open to newer suggestions provided all participants are able to get the book using services like hoopla as well as amazon / bookshop etc.
Started with Senior Planet last week and am thrilled there is a book club. Truly enjoying this book. Actual read it all the day I saw it listed. Looking forward to open discussion. Thank you for offering this program.

Good book. Some of Winnie’s tragedy’s reminded me of Amy Tan’s earlier book, The Joy Luck Club.
