Seniors in the North Country will soon have a new avenue to stay connected.

Older Adults Technology Services (OATS), a New York City nonprofit, has launched a broadband technology initiative to improve access throughout the region. The program will include free access to digital technology and training, including a Senior Planet Exploration Center currently under construction in Champlain Centre mall in Plattsburgh; labs in Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties; vehicular mobile labs; and on online learning platform.
