Class Description

Baking doesn’t have to be complicated, time-consuming, or messy… and fancy equipment is entirely optional! In this virtual class, we’ll cut the cord on creating three delicious, 100% made-from-scratch treats. This class is ideal for anyone who loves to bake but doesn’t have time or energy for complicated recipes, long prep sessions, or kitchen chaos. And if you’re a baking newbie, this class is perfect for you! You’ll learn tips, techniques, and simple recipes you can easily recreate at home. You can find a handout with all recipes, ingredients, and supplies needed in the Resources section below.

*Please note that registration is required. Registered participants will receive the class recording, which will be accessible for 30 days following the event.

Bio:
Paula Evans is a self-taught baker whose love for baking began in childhood, watching her mom bake from scratch. After a 20+ year corporate career, she became a full-time caregiver and later launched a baking business, eventually discovering her true passion in teaching. Paula has taught both kids and adults in community centers, universities, and now virtually, where she enjoys connecting with students in their own kitchens. By day she works as an administrative professional, but she’s always creating curriculum, baking, and diving into her massive cookbook collection. Click here to learn more about Paula!
