Thomas Kamber, PhD, Executive Director, OATS/Senior Planet

tom-kamberAs founding executive director in 2004 of Older Adults Technology Services (OATS)—the largest municipal technology program for senior citizens in the country—Dr. Kamber provides the vision and leadership for Senior Planet.

Before founding OATS, Dr. Kamber was a leader in nonprofit housing and technology as well as on political campaigns. He’s also a co-founder and board member of the Afro-Latin Jazz Alliance and the New York Memory Center. Dr. Kamber teaches courses at Columbia University on social entrepreneurship, urban research and the social implications of technology.  Read more about Dr. Thomas Kamber.
