Thomas Kamber, PhD, Executive Director, OATS/Senior Planet
As founding executive director in 2004 of Older Adults Technology Services (OATS)—the largest municipal technology program for senior citizens in the country—Dr. Kamber provides the vision and leadership for Senior Planet.
Before founding OATS, Dr. Kamber was a leader in nonprofit housing and technology as well as on political campaigns. He’s also a co-founder and board member of the Afro-Latin Jazz Alliance and the New York Memory Center. Barbara Aria, Director, seniorplanet.org
An editor, writer and author, Barbara leads strategy and editorial at SeniorPlanet.org. With more than 20 years’ experience in magazine and digital publishing, she was the founding editor of Time Out New York Kids and oversaw content at Mom365, where she built a 120,000-strong parent community. Jill Feigelman, Assistant Editor, seniorplanet.org
Jill helps to create and curate content, as well as managing social media. She is passionate about technology; as a student at Syracuse University, Jill worked with local seniors. She interned at magazines like Time Out New York Kids and Parenting, where she got the chance to interview Elmo, and later worked her way up to being a web editor at Family Circle Magazine and saw her love for social media writing develop. email@example.com

Kelvin curates the popular Senior Planet events calendar and covers cultural happenings for seniorplanet.org. Kathleen Doheny is a Los Angeles based journalist who writes about health, fitness, behavior and lifestyle topics. Besides contributing to Senior Planet, she writes for Healthday, WebMD and Everyday Health. Like many journalists of a certain age, Kathleen started out working for a small-town paper and moved on to report for weeklies and dailies, including the Los Angeles Times, before transitioning to the web. Linda Abbit is a California-based journalist who enjoys writing about aging, eldercare, women’s issues and the arts. She started her career by sharing her experiences as a family caregiver on the award-winning blog TenderLovingEldercare.com.
